This power does not exist in Wormhole MUD. There is an entry in spellconst.c and magic.c that dates back to our ancient MysticalMUD origins, but no functionality has been assigned to it. No classes get to learn such a power, either.

The power could be replaced by something more useful. If anybody has a good idea, contact the management.
