Vader was the immortals' immortal, the head honcho and the Man in the Plastic Mask.

Vader created the Wormhole game engine, by adapting EliteMUD in the mid-1990s, souping up the fantasy MUD so that it included transporters, landmines, lightsabers, vehicles, items you can assemble, pilotable starships, radiation, firearms that require ammunition and much, much more.

At times he was also known as Chewie. Vader was also the author of Korriban, an unusual Wormhole zone in that it was in use for many years, but only partially complete. Many rooms lacked long descriptions, but it was kept open by popular demand and in early 2007 Artoo gave it a bit of a makeover.

Vader's real-life persona, Daniel Wickes, died on June 27th, 2011.
