Creates a swarm of nanites that circle around you. They are weak, but any of them might take a bullet for you, which can't be a bad thing! At higher levels, you will be able to create multiple nanite swarms.
Usage : psi 'nanite swarm' or psi 82 Cost : 80 Duration : Instant
