Flash

Flash has an effect that is much the same as the blindness spell, but for a shorter duration. It exists to allow for the creation of stun grenades, and the like.

The target is affected for a shorter period than with blindness, but (if we ever decide to give this power to some classes...) it costs less mana to use.

The flash also causes a small amount of damage. Not much... but enough to start a fight.
