The Ferengi are a people obsessed with amassing wealth. Their society is based solely on possession, and trading. Those of other races find them a little uncouth, or even barbaric, but the Ferengi are as advanced (technologically if not morally) as most of the other humanoid races.

They will do almost anything for profit, subject to their famous "laws of acquisition". And while you may not have the lobes for big business yourself, remember the 284th law: Deep down, everyone's a Ferengi.

Wormhole is an equal opportunities game, so Ferengi females are allowed to wear clothes. Those of either gender may start as the following classes:

Space Marine, Rogue, Assassin, Bounty Hunter, Space Pirate, Guerrilla
