Equipment is probably the most important part of building your character. You can equip items on 19 (?) places on your body:

• used as light
• worn on finger
• worn on finger
• worn around neck
• worn around neck
• worn on body
• worn on head
• worn on legs
• worn on feet
• worn on hands
• worn on arms
• worn as shield
• worn about body
• worn about waist
• worn around wrist
• worn around wrist
• wielded
• held
• clan badge

Newbie

As a newbie you will probably want to buy yourself some kevlar stuff in the Clothing Shop in The Space Station. If you can afford it, the lightweight body armour is good.

Remember! If the kevlar stuff has an exclamation point in front of the name you can't use it. Some classes (for example Medic) just can't use most of it. In that case your best bet is probably to buy some Melgetine equipment in the Mobius Strip Mall.

If you would get your hands on the medical scalpel, use it. It does a lot of damage.

Scrap room

The Space Station has an official scrap room. It is located in the north-east corner of The Promenade. There you can find equipment other players don't need. Take only what you need and leave only what others might need.

The clans also often have their own scrap rooms. Even the Newbie Clan.
