 Usage           : psi 'emp burst' <victim> or psi 41 <victim>
 Damage          : 4d12 to all robots in the room.
                   Bonus damage for proficiency in the wreck robot psi power.
                   Reduced damage to borg and cyberpunks; none to organic targets.
 Cost            : 14
 Save            : energy
 Duration        : instant

This power sends a jolt of chaotic energy surging around the room. It does quite good damage, but only if used against targets that rely upon delicate circuitry. Ordinary, meat-based opponents won't even notice that you tried to zap them...

Implementing this power has required the creation of a new NPC race, robot. Existing mobiles will need to be identified and converted to the new race; a robot, borg or cyberpunk that can't be damaged with this spell should be reported as a bug.
