This is the skill needed to master weapons that take ammunition. EG Phasers,
Guns, Pulse-Rifles. (Not all blast weapons needs ammunition) When you're out
of ammo, better reload it yourself with some new ammo or let a machine do it
in your nearest weapon shop.
